SAGINAW, Mich. – The Great Lakes Bay Region Mental Health Initiative (GLBRMHI) at CMU Health received a $10,000 grant from the Bay Area Community Foundation to expand Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programming in Bay County.

SAGINAW, Mich. – Emergency medicine residents from across Michigan will put their expertise to the test during this year’s Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association of Michigan SIM Wars, a competition involving high-pressure medical simulation scenarios.

The Great Lakes Bay Region Mental Health Partnership at CMU Health received two grants totaling $60,000 in funding from the Midland Area Community Foundation under the “Caring for Our People” focus area.

CMU Medical Education Partners (CMEP) has appointed Delicia Pruitt, M.D., as interim executive director of the medical consortium, effective March 26, 2026. 

The Great Lakes Bay Region Mental Health Partnership at CMU Health invites community members and partners to attend its upcoming fundraiser, “Lifting Our Voices: Be the Light,” on April 17, from 7:30-9 a.m. at Horizons Conference Center.
