We’re excited to offer a series of events dedicated to promoting mental health and wellbeing, reducing stigma, and connecting our communities to resources. Whether you're looking to deepen your understanding of mental health, learn practical ways to support others, or become certified in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), our upcoming sessions are designed to empower individuals and organizations alike.

Our certified MHFA courses teach participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges. These interactive sessions equip you with the tools to provide initial support and connect people to appropriate care.

• How to approach, listen to, and support someone in crisis
• Steps to take in a mental health emergency
• Where to turn for professional help
