We know that our patients sometimes need medical care outside of our regular business hours.
Even when our offices are closed, you can call and speak with our after-hours service line for evening and weekend medical care advice.

You should call CMU Health at 989-746-7500 if you experience any of the following:
- Allergies
- Animal bites
- Back pain
- Bumps, cuts, or scrapes
- Cold or flu symptoms
- Cough or sore throat
- Ear or sinus pain
- Eye irritation, swelling, or pain
- Headaches or fever
- Mild asthma
- Minor allergic reactions
- Minor fractures
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Painful urination
- Rashes or minor burns
- Sprains and strains
*Please remember that the after-hours service line cannot refill medications.
If it is an emergency, immediately call 911, or go directly to the nearest emergency room.
